Indira Khan Website and Company reserves the right to bar any further access to such files or the service. You agree that Indira Khan Website and Company shall not be liable to you, or any third-party, for any termination of your access to the service. Paid accounts that are terminated for any violation of this agreement will not be refunded.

Account Credit & Expiration

You may purchase credits for services associated with Indira Khan Website and Company through a mailer meter via the Indira Khan Website and Company website. Service credit is non-refundable and expires 12 months from the date of purchase. Indira Khan Website and Company, at its sole discretion, may deactivate and remove accounts which have not been logged into for a period of 24 months and remove any stored user data, photos, project data, or other data. Trial Offer, Automatic Enrollment and Payment, and Cancellation

If we offer you a free trial of our service, such free trial will start immediately after your registration and continue for the free trial offer period as indicated on the Website at the time you register. Free trial subscriptions are only available to new subscribers and for the limited periods as set out on the Website. Previous subscribers or those subscribers who have already benefited from a free trial subscription and do not qualify for a further free trial period. If you do not want to continue your subscription after your free trial comes to an end, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends by submitting a cancellation request to us via our support email address Indira Khan Website, or by cancelling your free trial through your Account Dashboard. If you do not contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends to cancel, your subscription will automatically continue and the payment card that you provided at the time of enrollment online will be charged the full monthly subscription rate provided at the time of enrollment each month until you cancel. If the subscription rate changes after you subscribe, we will notify you by email and give you an opportunity to cancel. For monthly subscriptions (including subscriptions for services), we require at least three (3) days’ notice of cancellation by email. For annual subscriptions, we also require at least ten (10) days’ notice of cancellation by email. If you cancel before the end of your year, you will not be entitled to a refund. Availability

General Legal Terms

The Agreement constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and Indira Khan Website and Company and governs your use of this service, completely replacing any prior agreements between you and Indira Khan Website and Company in relation to this service. You agree that if Indira Khan Website and Company does not exercise, or enforce, any legal right, or remedy, which is contained in the Agreement (or which Indira Khan Website and Company has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be considered a formal waiver of Indira Khan Website and Company's rights. Those rights or remedies will still be available to Indira Khan Website and Company. If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of the Agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Agreement without affecting the rest of the Agreement. The remaining provisions of the Agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. The Agreement and your relationship with Indira Khan Website and Company under the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and Indira Khan Website and Company agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Multan, Punjab, to resolve any legal matter arising from the Agreement. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Indira Khan Website and Company shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
